Once you’ve completed your payment, you’ll receive a welcome email outlining the next steps. This email includes a link to schedule a 30-minute introductory call—separate from your regular monthly coaching sessions. During this call, you'll be introduced to your Specialist, guided through our online portal, and given an overview of the Heal Your Relationship with Money course.

You’ll also complete a brief intake form and sign a one-page contract via DocuSign to help us tailor our support to your needs. Welcome aboard—let’s get started on your journey to financial freedom!

Use Google Chat for any quick queries or clarification. It’s your direct line to your Specialist for immediate support. 

Google Chat is your on-demand resource for any questions between coaching sessions. 

Google Chat can also be used to hold you accountable. Schedule time on your calendar each week to accomplish your to-dos and let your Specialists know when you've completed your tasks.

Ask your Specalisrs to check in once a week to ensure you're keeping up with your homework.

Share wins, upsets, challenges, and opportunities. 

If your question is more complex, your coach will guide you on scheduling an additional call.

The beauty of the program is you can work through the course at your own pace. Each module is designed to reinforce what you learn in your coaching sessions—and every module builds on the previous one.

It's important not to skip steps. Aim to complete a module before your next call so you can bring fresh insights and actionable tasks to your session.

You can choose to complete one module per month or accelerate by working through up to four modules a month. Consistent engagement with HYRWMC is key to building long-term financial habits and ensuring lasting financial transformation.

Your progress is tracked in two key ways:

1. In the HYRWMC portal, you'll see a real-time update of your course completion status, showing exactly how much of the curriculum you’ve completed.
2. A shared Google Sheet outlines all key milestones along your journey. You and your Specialist review this sheet during your sessions to discuss what you've completed, set new goals, and plan next steps—so you always know where you've been and where you're headed.
