📌 Can I cancel anytime?
Quarterly memberships auto-renew every 3 months, and annual memberships auto-renew after 12 months. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle—but there are no mid-cycle refunds.

📌 What if I want more than four calls per year?
You can book additional sessions at a discounted rate ($160 for individuals / $190 for couples).

📌 Can I roll over my unused coaching calls?
No, but you have 12 months to use all four calls on the annual plan, and three months to use your quarterly call.

📌 What if I miss a scheduled call?
Missed calls without 24-hour notice incur a $60 missed call fee.

📌 How do I schedule my calls?
You’ll receive monthly reminders to book, but you can schedule your sessions anytime during your membership period.
