The Beyond The Green Story
AJ Schneider founded Beyond The Green in 2020 after coaching clients 1:1 for two years. She was inspired to start Beyond The Green after pulling herself out of debt and transforming her money mindset.
At the worst stage in AJ’s financial history, she was in $10k worth of credit card debt that had been sitting in collections for years, she hadn't touched her $34k worth of student loans, hadn't filed for taxes in 5 years which amounted to $10k and had started to accumulate $9k in debt to her family.
AJ was in constant fear when it came to money, and she felt hopeless and lost because of her financial situation. Finally ready to make a change, AJ reached out to family member who taught her how to budget and helped her transform her financial reality.
AJ started Beyond The Green because she knows how important it is to have a support system, and that is what she and the Financial Freedom Coaches will be for you. They will hold your hand and help you see the light at the end of the tunnel. They will ask you to show up in your relationship with money, and they will be there to celebrate and marvel in your successes.

AJ uses a unique method of personal development and strategic financial planning to help clients understand their financial reality and change their relationship with money. AJ believes that when you change your relationship with money you have the power to change all your relationships, period. Born in NYC, AJ just moved to Long Island, NY from Washington, DC with baby girl Mira, her dog Luna and husband Brett who she met at sleepaway camp when she was 14!

When Rachel started her financial freedom journey, she was financially dependent on her parents and full of shame & anxiety around money. Sick of feeling like a failure with her finances, she took a money course with BTG that would change her life forever. Through a combo of personal finance education and deep inner work, Rachel helps her clients uproot beliefs about money that are holding them back from true abundance and implement sustainable financial systems to help them meet their goals. Leah grew up in an environment that did not teach her the importance of having savings or paying off debt. She spent her early twenties avoiding looking at her bank account and lived under the motto of “I will figure it out later.” Tired of living in fear around her finances, Leah turned to BTG to seek help in healing her relationship with money. As a senior financial freedom coach, Leah’s passion is to help clients manifest and actualize their own financial literacy, removing the shame, guilt and toxicity that comes with today's money culture. If you were never taught about personal finance and you avoid it at all costs, Leah is here to help you on your money journey. Leah lives in Temecula, CA - the southern wine country of Cali with her husband Shawn and dog Cookie.

A fiercely independent and “I can do it on my own'' attitude, hindered Suki as an adult in managing her own finances. While Suki was taught about money from a young age and had strong role models around her, she found it hard to admit that she needed help. She thought “I should know better.” But, she had racked up credit card debt and had multiple weddings in sight and thought, I need to find a way to make this all work. She didn’t expect to find a passion for budgeting and achieving financial goals while she was clearing her debt, and saving for weddings and a home-fund; but she did! As a coach, Suki wants you to know that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. She wants to help you achieve your goals, dream big, and build a foundation for the life you’ve always wanted through financial freedom, mastery, and independence.
